Canyon of Adventure

A late-silent programme western, sold on horse and horizon alone.

What

A 1928 one-sheet (27 by 41 inches) for the First National western.

Why

Programme westerns were the industry's steady bread - made quickly, booked widely, reviewed by nobody. This sheet is a good specimen of the standard one-sheet at the very end of the silent period, weeks before sound made the whole category obsolete overnight.

Notice

The full-bleed landscape treatment, with the title band kept low so the art carries the top two-thirds.

“The ordinary western, on the last afternoon of its era.”

Format

The full-resolution, color-managed file — restored honestly, yours to print and keep.

Sized to protect print quality — this scan supports sizes up to 24x36" cleanly.

Size

$29.00
