Filibus — the cat
The second sheet in the campaign trades the airship for something quieter and considerably more sly.
What
A companion 1915 Corona Films poster for Filibus, from the same EYE Filmmuseum holding.
Why
Italian distributors issued films with multiple distinct designs so that a town could be papered without repetition — an early instance of a poster campaign rather than a poster. Three Filibus sheets survive together, which is rare.
Notice
The animal stands in for the thief; the campaign is willing to sell the film without ever showing her face.
“A character advertised by everything except herself.”

Conservation note
Print produced from an AI-enhanced upscale (≈2.1×) of the surviving archival scan (original 578×800px). The upscale raises resolution only — the design is unaltered, and the paper’s folds and age are the artifact’s own.
